About the Role
We are looking for a New Business and Contracts Manager to drive business growth, manage the sales process, and ensure successful contract execution. This role is ideal for a self-starting professional who excels at both client interactions and contract management.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales Support
Identify and engage with new business opportunities in the education and non-profit sectors.
Build relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs and pain points.
Develop tailored proposals and quotes that align with Aircury's services and pricing model.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quotes reflect technical feasibility and project scope.
Contract Management & Execution
Oversee the contracting process, ensuring smooth negotiations, approvals, and signings.
Maintain a contract repository and track key milestones, renewals, and compliance requirements.
Work with project managers to ensure contract terms are implemented effectively.
Address any contractual issues or amendments in coordination with legal advisors and stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Essential
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong negotiation skills and ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
Interest in the education and non-profit sectors.
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
Ability to communicate technical information in a clear and compelling way.
Desirable
A background in sales or contract management, with a preference for experience within the software development / SaaS industries
Familiarity with CRM and contract management tools (e.g., Pipedrive, HubSpot, or similar).
