This is a key client-facing role, ideal for someone who thrives on delivering outstanding customer service. You will be the first point of contact for all new client enquiries - whether by phone, email or online. Your role is to gather initial details, build rapport, provide reassurance, and ensure that every potential client feels valued from the very first interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling all new enquiries with warmth, professionalism and efficiency
Taking accurate initial details and understanding client needs
Providing tailored quotes or directing enquiries to the appropriate member of the team
Following up on enquiries to ensure excellent client engagement
Maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions
Supporting the wider business development and marketing efforts as needed
About You:
A natural communicator with a confident and friendly phone manner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
Previous experience in a customer service, sales, or front-of-house role (legal or professional services background an advantage)
Tech-savvy with good working knowledge of email and CRM systems
