The Role



We're seeking a highly motivated dynamic and results-driven New Business Development Executive to help grow our established client base and deliver innovative digital signage solutions. This client-facing, commercially focused role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and driven to achieve sales success in a fast-moving industry.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth in our market presence. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and an understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their value to prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities



? Identify and develop new business opportunities across key sectors (retail, leisure, corporate, public sector)

? Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with prospective clients

? Lead the full sales process -- from initial contact to closing deals and securing contracts

? Prepare and deliver tailored proposals, presentations, and tenders

? Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure solutions meet client needs

? Represent Tod Technologies at client meetings, trade shows, and industry events

? Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy

?

Must Haves



? Minimum of 4 years' proven experience in business development & sales within the digital signage solutions - LED Display industry

? Established network of contacts in key sectors such as retail, leisure, or corporate

? Strong commercial acumen with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets

? Ability to understand technical solutions and present them confidently to clients

? Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

? Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

? Positive, proactive, and self-motivated with a results-driven mindset

? UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the UK as needed
