About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an
Outgoing Call Specialist
. You'll play a key role in identifying potential clients, conducting outbound calls, and creating opportunities and appointments for our sales team.
This position offers excellent potential for future career progression into an Account Handler or Account Executive role, with close support and mentoring from senior management.
Flexible Working Options:
While this role is traditionally full-time (Monday to Friday, 9 am-5 pm), we welcome applications from candidates seeking part-time hours or flexible working arrangements. We're happy to discuss schedules that work for both you and the team.
Responsibilities
Research and identify potential clients through various channels and databases.
Conduct outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Clearly communicate the value proposition of our business and services.
Maintain accurate prospecting records in our CRM system.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments for our sales team.
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of leads.
Meet and exceed targets for outbound calls and lead generation.
Requirements
Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing (B2B preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and rapport-building skills.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management processes.
Confident working independently and as part of a team.
Good working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Experience in the insurance sector is desirable but not essential.
