New Business Facilitator - Conveyancing Department

Job Purpose:

Providing Quotations and setting up matters for all types of Conveyancing transactions within a busy Portsmouth law firm.

Specific Core Functions:

Receiving incoming calls and emails for the department Providing Quotations for new conveyancing business, and sending out packs to potential clients Setting up the initial files and allocating to a fee-earner Ensuring that all enquiries are responded to in a timely manner Use of a Case Management System (DPS); Organise daily workload and be able to respond to ever changing priorities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

5 x A - C GCSE's or equivalent including Maths and English;

Experience of working within a busy office, estate agency or legal environment

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

Essential:

A desire to assist clients with their initial questions and concerns regarding buying or selling a property, to an exceptional standard.

Excellent Customer Service and Communication Skills;

Knowledge of Marketing;

Effective use of IT skills;

Ability to produce accurate work;

Salary: Dependent on Experience & Qualifications

Location Portsmouth Office

Job Type Permanent, 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday
