The Role
We are seeking a motivated New Business Pipeline Executive to join our CheckFire Trade Sales team in Caerphilly. This role focuses on driving revenue growth, managing Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), onboarding new customers, and re-engaging lapsed accounts. You will work closely with the Sales Director, Customer Experience Manager, BDMs, National Account Managers, and internal teams to win and retain new business.
What You'll Do
Convert Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs)
Maintain and update the sales pipeline in real time using CRM systems (MS Office, Hubspot, NetSuite)
Book new business appointments for BDMs
Manage new customer onboarding over a 4-week period, ensuring a smooth transition
Record and report on key KPIs including new accounts, first orders, pipeline landscape, and lead conversion
Build and maintain excellent customer relationships to maximise revenue potential
Provide comprehensive handover to segment leads after onboarding
What We're Looking For
Experience in new business telesales or sales development roles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation, customer service, and relationship-building abilities
Calm, courteous, and professional, even under pressure
Self-starter with a tenacious attitude
Competent with Excel, Outlook, and web-based platforms such as Smartsheet or Hubspot
Good time management and organisational skills
