Role Requirements

Main dealership experience within a similar role Experience of managing a sales team's daily activity of prospecting and follow up to ensure targets are achieved (1yr min) Strong negotiation skills and excellent customer service skills A team player driven to lead team success Excellent attention to detail and strong administration skills Full driving licence with no more than 6 points
