Kinetic Law is a fast-growing and modern law firm specializing in personal injury. We pride ourselves on delivering excellent client service and creating a supportive, high-performing environment. We are now looking for a motivated individual to join our New Claims Team, with additional administrative responsibilities.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys speaking with clients. The role involves handling new claim enquiries, providing initial case screening, and offering admin support across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
Handling incoming calls from potential clients and gathering initial claim information
Assessing whether claims meet the firm's criteria and referring them to the relevant teams
Updating case management systems accurately and promptly
Managing email inboxes and responding to client queries
Providing general administrative support to the pre litigation team.
Working efficiently to ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new clients
Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Skills & Experience:
Strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
Confident using IT systems and learning new software quickly
Previous experience in a customer service or admin role (legal experience is beneficial but not essential)
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team
