Overview
We are seeking a dedicated
Support Worker
to join theNew Directions
team at a5-bed community-based residential home
in Hudson Road, supportingadults with learning disabilities and complex needs
. This is a short-term agency role for Sefton MBC covering annual leave, requiring a qualified individual ready to provide high-quality care.Key Responsibilities
Provide
direct personal care and support
to residents with learning disabilities and complex needs. Assist residents with daily living activities, including meal preparation, hygiene, and mobility. Implement and adhere to personalizedcare plans
and risk assessments. Promoteindependence, dignity, and choice
for all residents. Maintain accurate and timelyrecords
and communicate effectively with the team.Requirements
Must be a
Qualified Social Care professional
(Category: Agency Workers Level 1). Experience in supportingadults with learning disabilities and complex needs
within a residential setting. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strongcommunication and interpersonal
skills.IR35 Status:
Inside IR35.Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 10 days
Pay: 13.88 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
