We have an exciting 12 months FTC opportunity for a Sales Specialist.

Purpose



Engage with key New Equipment and Modernization colleagues to understand Service Customer building & business. Secure New Equipment onto Service Contracts Drive Digital Services sales.

Key responsibilities



Proactively identify Service Customer decision-makers and key stakeholders to create Conversion Sales opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Service Operations teams Manage all relevant contracts and Sales Opportunities pipeline within designated region. Proactively approach customers in line with defined timelines and build relations toward long term partnership. Proactively plan sales activities based on New Equipment Service Journey timeline to ensure timely conversion. Maximize sales of digital services Drive sale of upgrade options Report on Sales activity, initiatives and performance Collaborate and align with Service Operations team during contract warranty period to support customer service excellence.

Key Skills and Experience



Previous experience and results in Sales and Customer Relations Management Systematic solution selling approach to Sales Excellent administrative skills Customer centric mindset - Desire to understand what creates value to our customers and courage to experiment and embrace innovative thinking Microsoft Office and CRM literacy. Industry experience is beneficial but not essential as tailored training will be provided Excellent interpersonal and team working skills to gain access and work with the right external and internal stakeholders Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) Knowledge of contractual and financial terms
