As a

Junior Customer Service Sales Specialist

, you'll act as the key link between our clients and their customers. You'll be responsible for handling customer interactions, identifying their needs, and providing product or service solutions--all while representing brands with professionalism and enthusiasm. This entry-level role is perfect for someone looking to start or grow their career in sales, customer service, or marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



Engage directly with customers in-person or over the phone as part of marketing campaigns Deliver excellent customer service while introducing and promoting products or services Build rapport and trust with customers to encourage long-term brand loyalty Handle basic queries, resolve concerns, or escalate issues when needed Track customer interactions and maintain accurate records Achieve individual and team sales targets Provide feedback to the marketing team to support campaign improvements

Requirements:



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, confident, and customer-oriented attitude Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in customer service, retail, or sales is a bonus - but not essential Interest in sales, marketing, or customer relationship management
