Oakley Property is seeking a methodical, proactive Property Consultant to join our established New Homes team based in our Lewes Property Hub on the High Street. This is a versatile role ideal for someone who has worked in Residential Sales, New Homes or Property Management and is eager to progress their career with an award-winning company.
You will work alongside the New Homes Director and the New Homes team acting for a wide variety of projects across Sussex. You will have an active role in the marketing, branding and launching of New Homes schemes. You'll also conduct viewings, process sales agreements, manage sales progression and handovers on successful completion.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Valuing - Assisting with GDV values, producing development appraisals, conducting market analysis and research.
Marketing - Assisting with brand development, brochures, signage and promotional material.
Overseeing & Selling - Processing sales agreements, reservation forms, managing sales progression.
Site Visits - Meeting potential buyers, carrying out property viewings, inspecting properties, managing the handover to new buyers.
Required Skills & Experience
At least one year of Estate Agency, Property, or New Homes experience is essential.
The successful candidate will be well versed in the Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Excel, and be confident in using new software and CRM systems.
The ability to work efficiently, multi-task and prioritise workload in a busy team environment.
A highly self-motivated individual, with the ability to negotiate and drive marketing and sales to a successful and timely conclusion.
Reporting to clients in both written and Excel formats.
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills, including strong written English with impeccable attention to detail when proof reading.
A confident and approachable individual experienced in customer service and client facing.
