We are looking for a proactive and confident Intern to join the New Homes Lettings team over the summer. This role is all about engaging with contacts in our database who have purchased new homes in recent years and may now be looking to let, sell, buy again or need general property advice.
You'll be contacting past buyers and applicants to gather key information, updating our CRM (REAPIT), and helping us build a strong pipeline of future business. It's a hands-on opportunity to learn about the lettings process and gain real experience in property lead generation.
You'll work closely with a supportive and collaborative team, gaining insight into the new build market and helping us unlock landlord opportunities across the business.
Overview of Key Duties:
Making outbound calls to past buyers and applicants in our RPS system
Gathering information on property ownership, rental status and tenancy timelines
Identifying whether contacts are looking to buy, sell or let again
Logging notes accurately in RPS and setting follow-up reminders
Spotting and escalating landlord or vendor leads for future instructions
Supporting the team with structured outreach and database follow-up
