As New Homes Manager, you'll be responsible for leading the delivery of our pre-tenancy, end-of-tenancy, allocations and lettings services. You'll ensure our homes are let fairly and consistently, with the customer at the heart of every decision. You'll also play a key role in shaping our housing strategy, developing local partnerships, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of New Homes Coordinators and Voids Administration Officers.
Deliver a high-quality, customer-centred New Homes service aligned with Bron Afon's values and corporate plan.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships to support sustainable housing solutions.
Oversee performance frameworks to recognise excellence and address underperformance.
Ensure services are intelligence-led, responsive to customer needs, and future-ready.
Collaborate across teams to improve property management practices and governance.

You'll be an experienced housing professional with a strong track record in team leadership, service development and partnership working. You'll bring a proactive, people-first approach and a passion for delivering great outcomes for customers and communities.
