Job Description
Reeds Rains estate agents are one of Northern Ireland's largest estate agency branch networks with 7 branches in total.
The Reeds Rains Glengormley branch is a busy office located in the heart of Newtownabbey and deal with resales, lettings and new home developments.
This role is the perfect opportunity for someone who is charismatic, resilient & enjoys working in a fast paced sales environment.
Typical Duties to include:
Dealing with customers / builder clients both in person and over the phone
Ability to work as part of a team and to monthly targets
Carrying out sales viewings
Dealing with general admin work within branch
Adhering to Company policies
The Person
Previous experience in residential estate agency or a similar role would be preferable
Computer literate
Must be well presented and good with time keeping
Good written & verbal communication skills
Have the ability to work both in a team and independently
A full UK driving license & own transport required
Hours of work are Monday -- Friday 9am -- 5:30pm and Saturday 9am -- 12pm (1 in 2)
