About the role
We're looking for a talented
Sales Negotiator
to join our
New Homes team
at Chestertons.
You'll play a key role in helping buyers secure high-quality new build homes across London, while working with some of the UK's
leading developers
on exciting regeneration projects with huge investment potential.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with
estate agency sales experience
who's hungry to achieve results, loves building relationships, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What you will do
Call and engage with our client database about new developments
Qualify and register new applicants
Achieve sales targets and KPI goals
Arrange and conduct property viewings
Deliver an outstanding service to buyers, sellers, and developers
Negotiate offers to achieve the best results for all parties
Manage the full sales process, from offer through to exchange and completion
What we are looking for
A proven track record in estate agency sales
Confident, approachable, and motivated to succeed
Positive team player who adds energy to the office
Strong communicator with excellent negotiation skills
Able to work well under pressure and to high standards
Proficient in Microsoft Office
