Work Pattern:

Full-time, 37.5 hours per week. Core hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, with reduced hours on Saturdays.

Please note:

Saturday working will be a regular part of the role

, and time off in lieu will be provided during the week to balance hours.

Salary:

25,000 - 28,000 per annum DOE

These include commercial and residential property management, residential sales and lettings, new homes, client accounting, block management, and compulsory purchase.

Key Responsibilities:



Ensure the efficient use of and management of the CRM system. Answer incoming New Homes calls and emails. Manage a comprehensive contact database to ensure seamless communication with our valued clients and prospective partners. Your attention to detail is key. Recognising business opportunities from incoming enquiries and refer to Sales manager. Weekly reporting to developers To assist the Sales Manager in the achievement of the sales targets for the business. Effective handling of enquiries and conversion into viewings. Conduct viewings on all New Homes developments Follow up previous viewings for further feedback and buying decisions. Provide timely, respectful and constructive feedback to our developers. Make outbound calls to follow up on previous applicants to generate viewings for new homes and land we have for sale. Archive client records where all potential interest has been checked, exhausted and recorded. Assist buyers completing our Assisted Move process if appropriate. Provide administration support such as; sales property folders, document checklists, window cards, for sale boards, brochures, anti-money laundering compliance and key movements.

Key requirements



2 years sales experience is essential. Good interpersonal skills and an ability to communicate effectively, both face-to-face and in writing, with colleagues and clients. Customer service is key. A passion for exceeding sales targets and expectations and thrives in a sales environment. Someone who enjoys building long-term relationships Full Clean UK Driving Licence. The ability to work in an organised and methodical fashion, with a high level of attention to detail. The ability to manage time effectively, prioritising tasks to ensure that deadlines are met, and budget adhered to. Quick learner, and able to pick up tasks and systems easily. Strong organisational skills, be able to prioritise own time and workload. Self-starter and able to work without constant direction and management. A good working knowledge of IT is essential, in particular a familiarity with and understanding of the Microsoft Office packages.
