Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic New Home Sales Consultant to join our clients fantastic team. This role is pivotal in guiding potential homebuyers through the purchasing process, providing exceptional customer service, and showcasing beautiful new homes. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, an analytical mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
Duties
Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases. Conduct property tours and showcase the features of new homes, highlighting benefits and value. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and community developments. Utilise CRM system to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract potential buyers. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients. Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or property sector. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends. Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus. A self-motivated individual with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A valid drivers license
