Title: New Homes Sales Associate


Contracts: Fixed Term Contract until February 2027


Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week


Reporting Office: Stratford, London


Working Location: Site based in developments around Hounslow


Working Pattern:

Tuesday to Saturday - Standard hours are 08:30am to 5pm


Sales suite standard hours are 10am to 5pm


Salary: 32,007 plus commission (OTE 50,000)

Are you a drive, tenacious, and customer-focused sale professional with proven success in the New Homes Market andd Ownership? If so, we want to hear from you!


We are looking for a passionate and ambitious individual to join our New Homes sales team, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager. You'll bring a strong track record of achieving targets in a fast-paced sales environment, ideally with experience working for a housebuilder or a housing association. Your ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships is at the heart of the role.


We are looking for a collaborative team player who is self-motivated and has a result driven mindset.


Your Impact in the Role

:


Guide and support customers through the full sales journey, from enquiry to completion. Ensuring the sales suite is presentable Manage and update the sales database with accuracy and efficiency. Greet and assist customers during on-site appointments and viewings. Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements Dealing with incoming sales enquiries Assist with stock unit checks and ensure ongoing maintenance is monitored



What You'll Bring

:



To excel in this role, you'll need:


Knowledge & experience in New Homes Sales andd Ownership First class negotiation skills Proven track record of high-end property sales experiences preferably within new homes Ability to consistently meet and exceed targets Excellent communication - both written and verbal. Strong IT proficiency, including Microsoft Excel, Teams and In House CR Customer focused and attention to detail Organisational and time management skills.
