Mountbatten Park is an exciting new development which will consist of 64 homes made up of a mixture of 2-, 3-, 4-, & 5-bedroom houses. Mountbatten Park will offer the best of both worlds; the peace of nature on your doorstep & the convenience of urban proximity.

We are seeking a professional, passionate, and flexible team player who has a sound understanding of the house purchasing process. As well as being an accomplished communicator, you will demonstrate a genuine 'can do' approach, delivering excellent customer service. Whilst New Homes sales experience is preferred, an ability to thrive in a similar customer facing environment is essential. You will enjoy juggling a busy and varied workload and feel comfortable working on your own initiative.

This is a part-time role, for 2 days a week, with the expectation of extra days for holiday and sickness cover (these may include working weekends and bank holidays). Our sales office opening hours are 10.00am-5.00pm Monday to Friday and 10.00am-4.00pm on weekends & bank holidays.

Applicants must live within a commutable distance of the development in North Baddesley .
