Who we are looking for
We are looking for an EOX Sales Development Representative to join our New Installations team, who will report to our Head of Sales New Installations and support the EOX Sales Managers in reaching their Sales Targets and building long-term relationships with industry leading contractors, developers and clients.
As a NI EOX Sales Development Representative you are accountable for the following:
Lead Generation & Prospecting
Research potential clients and identify new business opportunities.
Make initial outreach via calls, emails, Social Media and networking events.
Customer Engagement
Respond promptly to inquiries and provide basic product/service information.
Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings or demos for senior sales representatives.
Sales Administration
Prepare and update sales reports, forecasts, and CRM entries.
Assist in drafting proposals and tender documents under supervision.
Relationship Building
Maintain positive communication with existing clients for repeat business.
Support account managers in developing long-term client relationships.
Collaboration
Work closely with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth delivery.
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving sales processes.
Learning & Development
Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
Attend training sessions to enhance negotiation and communication skills.
Grow knowledge to progress to EOX Sales Consultant Role within 2 years
