Job Role Summary:
The New Patient Coordinator will be the first point of contact for all incoming leads and enquiries into the practice. This role involves converting leads into new patients. The role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both new and existing patients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Management:
- Promptly contact all incoming leads within a timely manner.
- Achieve a minimum conversion rate of 20% from leads to actual bookings.
- Ensure that new patients are consistently booked into the diaries, prioritising dentists with the highest conversion rates.
- Track and report on lead conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement.
3. Existing Patient Support:
- Provide support for booking appointments and managing schedules.
- Ensure that existing patients are kept informed and that their treatment plans are followed up regularly.
4. General Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and treatment plans.
- Use designated CRM and PMS systems effectively
- Work closely with the Treatment Co-ordinators and Head of Operations to identify and implement improvements in patient communication and service delivery.
- Participate in regular team meetings to discuss patient feedback and service enhancements.
- Stay informed about the latest treatments and services offered by the practice to provide accurate information to patients.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in customer service and a sales role, ideally within a dental setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively.
- Proficiency in using dental practice management software and other relevant tools such as Microsoft office.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to detail and a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
Job Types: Part-time, Temp to perm
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: 27,500.00-30,000.00 per year
