Job Summary;

Avtron is seeking to hire a Project Manager who will manage multiple new product development projects. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering new product development programs on schedule, on budget, and achieve sales targets. The candidate will develop project schedules, facilitate team meetings, identify and fill resource gaps, remove obstacles to achieving project goals, and hold team accountable for completing activities timely. Additional responsibilities are described below.

Job Requirements

Manage the entire project lifecycle, from conceptualization and design, through development, to implementation and post-launch support, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards Prepare project schedules and confer with all team members to drive progress toward milestones. Work cross functionally with engineering, sourcing, operations, product management, sales, and other stakeholders. Lead team meetings, coordinate team activities, minimize project duration, identify critical path, hold team members accountable for delivering their assignments, and deliver projects on time Effectively communicate project progress and expectations to all stakeholders in a clear and concise manner Update executive leadership regularly on project status, risks, resource gaps, and other project details to ensure alignment across the organization. Lead multiple new product development projects concurrently Serve as a resource to sales during field visits and customer meetings Conduct competitive benchmarking activities and provide analysis to the organization Analyse sales forecast, costs, and other relevant data to ensure projects achieve profitability expectations

Requirements

Education:

A degree level candidate is required, preferably in a business or engineering field.

Experience:

3+ years of directly related professional level experience. Should have shown significant technical proficiency, potential for planning, good judgment, willingness to accept responsibility, and the ability to communicate, follow through, and give technical direction. Requires thorough knowledge of the principles and concepts of new product development, product management, and customer.
