has been based in South Wales since 1976 and are the market leader for the design, development and manufacture of mobile / portable computer products and video systems used by the emergency services. The company operates a 4 day week.Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative New Product Development Manager to lead our product development initiatives. This role is pivotal in driving the creation and launch of new products that align with our strategic goals. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management.
Responsibilities
The role will involve researching, designing and building prototype video cameras and systems, audio amplifies, power supply circuits and interfaces for communications and mobile and fixed computer equipment.
CAD design is essential. The role will involve the integration of software into new hardware products along with writing operational documentation for developed products.
Qualifications
/ Experience
Proven experience in product development or management within a relevant industry. CAD Design Experience of blue sky project designs and development Knowledge of CCTV camera technology Knowledge of prototyping

Pay: 60,000.00-70,000.00 per year
