About the Role - NPD Technologist

As part of our fast-growing food-to-go manufacturing team, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and product excellence. You'll support development activities from concept to launch, working closely with suppliers, production teams, and internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the NPD process from concept to factory launch Source ingredients and coordinate samples Conduct tasting panels and benchmarking Plan and execute factory trials Maintain product data in RJL (internal IT system) Manage customer sample requests and relationships Lead NPD meetings and keep project trackers updated

Essential Skills:

Strong hands-on approach Proficient in MS Excel Excellent attention to detail Commercial awareness Great communication and multitasking abilities Understanding of consumer trends
