What We're Looking For
We're searching for an experienced Business Manager who can inspire and lead a team to deliver outstanding results. You'll be adaptable, forward-thinking, and motivated by success. Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and develop a team of New and Used Sales Executives
Drive performance to exceed manufacturer and internal targets
Oversee new vehicle order banks and stock management
Strategically market vehicles both online and in the showroom
Deliver exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints
Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Monitor and maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
Produce accurate weekly financial forecasts and performance reports
Work closely with senior management to execute dealership strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven experience as a Business Manager in the automotive industry
A confident leader with the ability to inspire a sales team
Results-oriented, with a strong track record in hitting sales targets
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Tech-savvy and confident using web-based systems and CRM platforms
Knowledge of manufacturer systems and retail processes (preferred but not essential)
Strong organisational and planning skills
Full UK driving licence is essential
