What You'll Be Doing

Sell

new and used vehicles

,

finance

, and

accessories

while meeting or exceeding sales targets. Build strong, lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering the right vehicle solutions. Carry out vehicle appraisals and assist with

part-exchange valuations

. Conduct

test drives

and ensure a seamless, welcoming customer experience throughout the sales process. Accurately prepare all relevant sales documentation in line with compliance standards. Assist with preparing vehicles for

handover

, ensuring presentation meets high standards. Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and encourage future business. Proactively generate new leads through outreach, calls, email, and showroom enquiries. Maintain a clean, organised, and professional showroom environment with updated promotional materials. Adhere to all health and safety, FCA compliance, and company procedures.

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a

sales-focused

or

customer service

role (automotive experience preferred but not essential). Strong

communication skills

and the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of customers. A proactive, professional approach and a commitment to outstanding service. Confidence in using IT systems and maintaining accurate records. Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points. Flexibility to work within a rota that includes Saturdays
