Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New and Used Car Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team at our Nottingham MG dealership. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive sales, a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, and a dedication to upholding our inclusive company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Vehicle Sales:
Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, presenting suitable new and used vehicles to meet their requirements.
Product Knowledge:
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our vehicle inventory, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers.
Customer Service:
Provide a welcoming and inclusive environment for all customers, ensuring a positive sales experience from initial contact through post-sale follow-up.
Sales Targets:
Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the dealership.
Documentation:
Accurately complete all sales-related paperwork and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Experience:
Previous experience in automotive sales or a customer-facing role is preferred but not essential.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse customer base.
Customer Focus:
A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating an inclusive experience for all clients.
Adaptability:
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs and market conditions.
Team Player:
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a diverse team.
Driving License:
A valid UK driving license with no more than 6 points.
