We're delighted to announce an exciting Sales Executive opportunity at our brand-new TMS Geely Leicester site on London Road. This is a rare chance to help shape a new brand launch from day one, working directly with Sales Manager, and showcasing Geely's distinctive product line-up to our customers.

The Role



As a Car Sales Executive, you will oversee the full sales process--from initial enquiry to vehicle handover and post-sale follow-up. Your responsibilities will include cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships, managing a pipeline of prospects, and ensuring a seamless and personalised customer experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities



Deliver an outstanding, consultative sales experience in line with The TMS Way.

Manage enquiries swiftly and professionally (phone, web and walk-ins), progressing every opportunity.

Conduct engaging product presentations and EV-focused test drives, building value and confidence.

Present full finance and value-add options compliantly on every deal; complete accurate documentation.

Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline discipline and follow-up standards to maximise conversion.

Prepare vehicles and handovers to exemplary standards; own the customer relationship post-sale.

Support local marketing events, prospecting activity and Geely launch initiatives.

What We're Looking For



Proven retail automotive sales success (new and used). Energy, resilience and a customer-first mindset with excellent communication skills. Confidence discussing finance products within FCA guidelines. Keen interest in electric vehicles and new technology. Strong organisation and attention to detail; comfortable with digital tools and CRM. Full UK driving licence.
