Main duties of the job
As a Preceptee Nurse, you will be working 40.25 hours per week (11.5 hour shifts) at Ty Glyn Ebwy, where you will help adults with eating disorders through their recovery pathway to lead as fulfilling and independent life as possible. You will be enrolled on Elysium's Preceptorship Academy, providing you with 12 months of expert support, training, and supervision to help you apply your academic knowledge in real-life situations. This will develop you into a confident, autonomous professional with refined skills, values, and behaviors. The role involves a variety of tasks, with plenty to keep you engaged and motivated, and a good amount of routine, with colleagues there to help and encourage you.
