Building Cost Consultants (BCC) Ltd is an established, independent quantity surveying practice based in Glasgow with over 30 years of experience. We operate as a small, experienced team and provide clear, commercially focused advice across a range of projects

The Candidate & Role

We are looking to recruit a newly qualified Quantity Surveyor to replace a departed team member. This is a permanent, full time role offering genuine responsibility, client exposure and support from senior surveyors in a well established private practice environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with cost planning, estimates and tender documentation Preparing valuations, cost reports and final accounts Supporting contract administration and commercial management Working directly with senior QS's and clients on live projects Attending site meetings and project reviews as required.

Candidate Qualifications and abilities:

Newly qualified Quantity Surveyor (or recently completed QS degree). Preferable 1 to 2 years practical experience within a consultancy or construction environment. Strong numerical, analytical and organisational skills Professional, reliable and keen to develop within a small practise. Proficient in use of Microsoft office (particularly Excel & Word) (Essential)

35,000.00 per annum

One additional day off every fortnight
