We have been named as a preferred supplier of staff to the education sector across Wales as part of the Welsh Government's National Procurement Service framework.

We are currently supporting schools in the Flintshire area who are looking for Supply Teachers to work throughout all key stages depending on your preference.

Responsibilities of a Newly Qualified Teacher:

Deliver and provide opportunities for students to learn and express themselves.

Ensure that students are engaged, motivated and on task.

Manage any behaviour issues that may arise.

Follow school policies and procedures.

Maintain accurate records of student progress.

Requirements of a Newly Qualified Teacher:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to manage behaviour effectively A positive attitude and a willingness to collaborate Flexibility and adaptability

Registrations required to be a Newly Qualified Teacher:

An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, but if you do not have one, you can apply for a new one through Educate. You must register with the EWC (Education Workforce Council) to work in Wales.
