The Northolt Greenford Perivale (NGP) Primary Care Network is looking for a driven, collaborative, and strategically minded PCN Manager to support the delivery and development of primary care across the network.   • Leadership/management qualification or equivalent experience in healthcare
  • Understanding of NHS primary care structures
  • Project management or business qualification (e.g., Level 5, MBA)
  • Knowledge of QOF, Enhanced Services, and NHS long-term plans

ExperienceEssential
  • At least 12 months in a senior healthcare management or operations role.
  • Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and services.

  • Experience in HR processes including recruitment, appraisal, and staff development.
  • Knowledge of the Local Area.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication.
  • Confident working with a wide range of stakeholders including. clinicians and commissioners.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools.
  • Ability to analyse data, manage risk, and maintain compliance.
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise workload effectively.
