Position Overview

NHIS London is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain experience in financial operations within a global investment environment.

Key Responsibilities

Bank reconciliation and payment processing Management of spreadsheets, ledgers, and journals Liaising with custodians, administrators, and trading counterparties Assisting in the preparation of group reports Providing general administrative support Collaborating with senior managers on operational tasks Supporting ad-hoc projects as required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Fluent in both English and Korean (written and spoken) Eligible to work full-time in the UK Relevant experience preferred but not essential
