Overview

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Associate Dentist to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality dental care and ensuring patient comfort. This role is essential in delivering a range of dental services while fostering a positive and welcoming environment for our patients.

Duties

Conduct comprehensive dental examinations and assessments to determine treatment needs. Perform a variety of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments. Interpret medical imaging to aid in diagnosis and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations. Educate patients on oral health, hygiene practices, and treatment options. Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations. Stay updated on advancements in dentistry and participate in continuing education opportunities.

Experience

A degree in Dentistry from an accredited institution is required. Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred but not mandatory for recent graduates. Strong knowledge of anatomy related to dental health is essential. Familiarity with CAD systems and medical imaging technologies is advantageous. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages. A commitment to providing exceptional patient care and maintaining high professional standards.

Independently owned, mixed 5 surgery practice based in Birstall, West Yorkshire requires an enthusiastic associate, part-time or full-time with 2000 to 7,000 UDA's available and plenty of scope for private treatment to take over a long standing associates stable list due to relocation.

Wave 1 rotary endo / digital x-rays and supportive principal and associates on-site. Long standing support staff with very low staff turn over. NHS lab bills paid and further training packages available. Would suit recently qualified dentist requiring mentorship to very experienced wanting a stable list .

Great remuneration package including NHS lab bills paid by the practice,. Practice is located near to Junction 27 / M62 with easy commute from Leeds / Bradford / Huddersfield and surrounding areas.
