Remote - with need to travel to sites and other locations as required###

What you'll be doing





Building and maintain relationships with NHS Clinical Commissioning Groups, inclusive of NHS Trusts, Foundation Trusts, Commissioning Support Networks, Bed flow and Community Mental Health Teams, Integrated Care Services, Provider Collaboratives and other stakeholders which may require support in NHS services or pathways to ensure effective and collaborative relationships. Monitoring, supporting and contributing to the growth of Average Daily Census (ADC) performance within NHS service lines and pathways. This would include scoping any potential contract and other joint working and tender opportunities for consideration and support as appropriate. Ensure regular attendance for NHS /PC meetings and feedback information to the service line network leads, service development and operational managers Promote opportunities for referrals into hospital sites, working closely with Hospital Directors and other personnel. Research and provide market intelligence to all relevant colleagues Supporting service development projects to ensure we align ourselves with the NHS current demands including working closely and proactively with the marketing team to promote services in the region. Work collaboratively when needed with internal functions such as the Central Service Centre Team, Regional SMT's, Finance, HR, Estates and Service Development Team to maximise utilisation. Support service alignment in area for opportunities for growth of services within the region (primarily Healthcare but also Adult Care). Develop a close working relationship with all external stakeholders to ensure day-to-day links between stakeholders and the operational team/respective hospitals within the region. Ensure appropriate action is taken to understand and mitigate adverse movement in contract activity/financial positions and provide reports for the Regional Managing Director as directed. Support the availability of accurate, timely information to support monitoring and management of contracts and relationships. Plan and organise work schedule to ensure that activities are completed within agreed timescales to deliver an effective and efficient work plan.

What you'll bring to the role





Graduate or equivalent Strong organisational skills, ability to prioritise and multi-task. Proven self-starter and excellent track record in delivery of targets as part of a team to achieve agreed and shared objectives is preferred. Current and full UK driving licence and covered for business use on your motor insurance. Working mostly independently, the candidate must be able to manage their workload while being able to work collaboratively with key stakeholders internally (site, operational, marketing and data reporting team) to drive business/solutions Presentable and effective communications manner both written and verbal. Desirable but not essential - strong knowledge of mental health services and NHS commissioning.
