We are currently seeking reliable and focused individual to join our team as NHS Supply Chain Administrator, based at our Head Office in Dundee.
Job Purpose:
On a day to day basis you will be responsible for ensuring all NHS Orders are acknowledged, processed and despatched within the timeframes requested the NHS. The successful candidate will be a strong administrator with excellent attention to detail, good time management and organisational skills. You will be required to build strong, positive relationships with our customers.
To provide the level of service our customers expect you will need to be proficient in all aspects of this role and be able to assist with orders, queries, returns, feedback and complaints. You will complete all administration tasks related to this role accurately and in a timely manner with the aim of expediting NHS orders to ensure they are sent out on time and in full wherever possible.
You will work flexibly and be available to assist the Team Leader & Business Development Manager with any additional duties at peak times to ensure Customer Services are offering the best possible service to Wrights customers.
Essential Duties and responsibilities
To provide the level of service this customer would expect, you will need to be proficient in all aspects of this role and be able to carry out the following tasks in a timely and accurate manner;
Contribute to meeting the Company's Quality Objectives by taking Inbound calls from customers all over the UK and from sales reps to support with sales and service to customers.
Meeting company standards pertaining to quantity and quality of work performed on an ongoing basis, performing all work-related tasks in a manner that is in compliance with all Company policies and procedures.
Be pro-active in consistently achieving personal KPI's and team targets.
Manage your time effectively to maximise contribution to the business.
Respond energetically to all customer queries in an appropriate and professional manner, managing and resolving customer complaints to resolution.
Maintain and build strong relationships with NHS Customers
Acknowledge and process all orders received via the NHS Online Portal
Input orders into Wrights SAP System
Liaise with Distribution Teams to ensure orders are picked and invoiced by cut off time each day
Input invoicing and despatch information into NHS Online Portal
Maintaining customer account information including verification and set up of new delivery addresses, updating SAP Records and FedEx Records
Assisting NHS Customers with order queries, returns and complaints
Comply with all Company Policies as stated in the Wright-Cottrell Handbook
Complete Customer related administration tasks to a high level of accuracy
Assist with other Customer Service duties as required

Personal Attributes/Experience
Previous customer service and sales administration experience is preferable and Distribution experience would be advantageous.
You must demonstrate a positive can-do attitude and the drive to learn.
Must be motivated and goal-oriented and have the drive to succeed at their personal goals as well as team goals.
Has a clear understanding of the need for excellent customer service, communication and team-working.
Be pro-active in gaining knowledge about the products and their customers' needs through excellent communication, identifying every possible opportunity for learning and personal development.
