Purpose of the Role:

As a Supply Chain Administrator, you will be supporting the Supply Chain team with administrative duties fundamental to the supply chain process within operations, to ensure successful customer fulfilment and administration.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the management of exports, including customer management and documentation Support positive working practices across the site. Support with the daily production reconciliation, IFS controls to ensure the accuracy of stocks, dispatch planning and control, allocation of products to customer orders. Monitor raw material stocks, warehouse stocks, packaging and ingredients Monitor progress of all finished goods on and off-site

Qualifications and Experience:



Essential:



Proficient across Microsoft Office 365 suite Qualified to GCSE (or equivalent) level in Maths and English Good general and computer literacy with the ability to populate simple databases and spreadsheets effectively and use email systems effectively Creative problem solving skills Ability to interpret data and take necessary action

Desirable:



Experience of supply chain planning Experience of using ERP systems

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: Up to 26,000.00 per year
