Job Description

As a Night Accommodation Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for our guests, you will be organised and able to multi task.

We are looking for an individual with great communication and organisational skills.

Communication Skills

Excellent verbal and written skills are essential when liaising with guests and colleagues ensuring effective communication. You will need empathy when dealing with any guest queries or issues, these skills will also transfer when dealing with the public services. Answering calls maybe required where a good telephone manner is needed There will be occasions where completing reports will be required giving clear and concise information is vital. When on shift you will ensure relevant communication is given to Managers as required.

Organisational Skills

Some of the role will require supporting the housekeeping team with tasks to maintain standards. Excellent Time keeping is essential on the night shift to ensure smooth and effective handovers between team members. Managing your time on the shift is essential to ensure all areas of the job description are covered. You will be able to use your initiative when faced with having to solve any problems during any conflict management remaining calm and practical.

Attention to detail

You will need to ensure all health & Safety compliance is followed and maintained .Operating and Monitoring CCTV is an essential part of the role; you should be detailed orientated to be able to resolve any issues quickly. Shifts will require lone working this is where attention to detail is required along with forward thinking to prevent any unnecessary risks to guests and colleagues. When lone working you will need to be security vigilant at all times to comply with security compliance.

Pay: 13.00-13.50 per hour
