As a Night Manager, youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations during the night shift while supporting the delivery of Perfect burgers & Fries - you will be working from midnight to 6am and will receive a premium on top of your salary during this these times.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

• Youll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations during the night shift while supporting the delivery of Perfect burgers & Fries.
• Provide an above and beyond experience for your team while creating an awesome working environment where people are happy to come to work and have fun.
• Leading from the front, you will be hands on working shoulder to shoulder with your Crew to ensure the restaurant is clean and all food prep is done in time for the morning opening
• Responsible for supporting your General Manager and delivering store results.
• Having full ownership of your P&L, which means you will need to drive sales whilst controlling costs.
• Always leading with our values, while supporting, coaching and developing your people
• Developing your team to ensure there is a strong talent pipeline.

WORKING IN AN AIRPORT
As this role is based in an airport, all successful applicants will need to apply for an airport security pass and Five Guys will pay for this.
