The Role

As a Night Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, security, and comfort of our guests during the overnight hours, including delivering outstanding customer service, handling guest inquiries and requests, Complete tasks to set up the following day's team for success. Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas.

Responsibilities include

Security - Ensure the safety and security of the property and guest during the night shift. Guest Services - Assist guest with their requests with bar service, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Problem solving - Handle and resolve any emergency situation that may arise. Maintenance - Perform regular inspections of the property and report any maintenance issues. Operations - work with the team to complete the tasks to set up for the following day's team for success. Cleanliness - Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of public areas.

The Redcliffe has 70 ensuite rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, fitness suite and 2 seaside restaurants. The Redcliffe has many unique features, including direct access to the beach via a tunnel.
