We're currently recruiting for a
Night Receptionist
to join our
Front Office team
on a
fixed-term maternity cover
contract. You'll support the night team in running reception overnight--helping guests feel welcome and ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to Marriott brand standards.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Providing a warm, professional welcome to guests during the night shift
Managing overnight check-ins, check-outs, and guest enquiries
Supporting night audit procedures and completing admin tasks accurately
Handling guest feedback or concerns and ensuring follow-up is completed
Conducting regular safety and floor checks
Keeping the handover log and daily records up to date
Following all current procedures and new company updates
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Previous experience in a hotel front office role (night shift preferred)
Comfortable using hotel systems - experience with Opera is a plus
A great communicator who is calm, professional, and approachable
Someone dependable, open, and happy to work independently overnight
A team player who supports colleagues and takes pride in their work
A DBS check will be required for the successful candidate.
