Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the night shift. This position involves managing guest services, performing accounting tasks, and maintaining the overall security of the hotel. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and a passion for providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Conduct nightly audits of financial transactions and ensure accuracy in reporting. Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, providing outstanding customer service. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night shift. Maintain accurate records of all transactions and prepare reports for management. Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises throughout the night. Assist with administrative tasks as required, including handling phone calls and emails.

Experience

Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong guest services skills, with an emphasis on phone etiquette and communication. Familiarity with hotel management software is an advantage. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
