Night Care Assistant - 14.23/hr - Moulton, Northampton

Join our friendly home-based care team and make a real difference in someone's life.

We're looking for compassionate and reliable Night Care Assistants to support a 44-year-old male with complex health needs in their own home in Moulton. Whether you have previous care experience or are new to the field, full training will be provided--including specialist clinical skills such as tracheostomy care and ventilation.

12-hour night shifts (7:30 PM - 7:30 AM) x3 shifts per week, working in pairs

About the Role:

You'll be working closely with the client and their family to provide personal care and clinical support during the night. You'll monitor health needs, ensure comfort, and contribute to a safe and nurturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Night monitoring and care

Personal care and hygiene

Medication assistance (after training)

Use of mobility equipment

Record-keeping and reporting

Who We're Looking For:

Caring and compassionate individuals

Punctual, reliable, and patient

Comfortable with pets (friendly dog and cat in the home)

Willing to learn and take on new clinical skills

Must be eligible to work in the UK

Available to cover sickness & annual leave

Valid manual driving licence essential

Previous experience in care is welcomed but not required--what matters most is your attitude and willingness to help.
