About Towy Castle

Set in three acres of stunning grounds overlooking the Towy estuary, Towy Castle is a 61-bed care home offering high-quality residential and dementia care. Originally a grand mansion, the home retains its charm and warmth--creating a comfortable, homely setting where residents feel secure and valued.

Your Role: Night Care Assistant

As a Night Care Assistant, you'll be a vital part of ensuring residents are safe, comfortable, and well-supported through the night. You'll provide both practical care and emotional reassurance, helping to maintain a calm and peaceful environment.

Key responsibilities include:

Supporting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, mobility) Helping with evening and overnight routines Providing emotional support and reassurance Monitoring residents' well-being and reporting concerns Keeping the environment clean, safe, and comfortable

Pay & Shift Details

Pay:

12.60 per hour

Shifts:

22:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Pattern:

3 nights on, 3 nights off (includes weekends and public holidays)
