Night Care Assistant
Job Description
We know more than ever how hard it is working in social care, but we are a small family run home who work closely with our care team to provide the best care we can.
We are looking for a caring, compassionate and happy new colleague to join our team.
Our shift patterns are 7pm until 7am. You will need to be able to help meet the personal needs of the vulnerable individuals we have living at the home. This can be emotional and psychological as well as physical. A Holistic approach is what makes the difference.
Some experience is necessary, and QCF/ NVQ in social care preferred.
All mandatory training will be completed during your induction period.
As we are not on public transport links, its preferable you have your own mode of transport.
