Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at The Old Deanery. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering personal care, companionship, and social stimulation to our residents, helping them maintain their individuality and independence.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities for residents. Support residents with medication management as required. Engage in meaningful conversations and activities to promote social interaction. Maintain accurate records of care plans and resident progress. Ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the home is upheld at all times. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other staff members.

Requirements

Experience in home care or a similar role is preferred. Strong communication skills in English are essential. Ability to follow care plans accurately and provide quality support. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
