We are a 41 bedroomed nursing and residential home, based in Newport Shropshire situated a short walking distance from the town.

we are looking to recruit a full time care assistant, all candidates are required to be able to undertake the following duties and responsibility's.

Responsibilities

Assist with daily activities of life Assist to provide balanced and varied diet and fluids Contribute to High Standards of care and hygiene within the home Promote health and well being of residents Promoting our residents' independence, choice, dignity and respect by delivering the very best standards of care and striving for continuous improvement duties are subject to change
Requirements

NVQ 2 preferred (but not essential) as training will be offered To have empathy and a caring nature Wishing to treat an individual as you would like to be treated yourself Conscientious Hard working A good communicator Able to work alone and as part of a close knit team Honest Great communication skills
