Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality care to individuals at Regency House Residential Home. As a Care Assistant, you will support clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence.

Experience is desirable, but not essential.

Successful applicants:

Will be required to work as part of our team providing assistance/support to our residents in all aspects of care and will need to demonstrate commitment to providing a high standard of care to older persons with Dementia related conditions. Must be able to follow the directions of Lead Carers and Managers, as well as having the ability to use your own initiative. Must hold or be willing to work towards gaining a QCF level 2 or QCF 3 in Health and Social Care. Must have basic computer skills to record information onto our electronic systems in situ.
DBS required and cost will be met by applicant
