Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Night Care Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to individuals in friendly residential care home, ensuring their comfort and well-being. You will assist with daily living activities and help implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to make a positive impact in the lives of those you care for.

Responsibilities

Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, dressing. Support individuals with mobility and transfers, ensuring their safety at all times. Help with promoting nutritional health. Maintain accurate records of care provided and update care plans as necessary. Communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals Engage clients in social activities and companionship to enhance their quality of life. Adhere to health and safety regulations while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.

Experience

Previous experience in a care home or home care setting is desirable but not essential; training will be provided. Strong communication skills in English are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members. Basic IT skills are advantages for maintaining records and using electronic care systems.
